Join us for a grounding pottery experience designed to bring you back into your body. Hosted on the wheel with Birch.
Rooted in themes of earth and presence, this workshop is an invitation to slow down and reconnect. We’ll begin with a short guided meditation to centre the mind, then move to the wheel, where working with clay becomes a physical practice of balance and embodiment. Through touch, breath, and movement, you’ll explore what it feels like to come back to centre again and again.
This is a practice in mindfulness and non-attachment. Nothing you create will be kept… this is about the experience, not the outcome. A chance to let go, get a little muddy, and connect with the grounding energy of the earth. Come get slow. Come get centred.
No experience necessary. Materials, tools, and aprons provided. Ages 14+
